Questions Before Getting Started?

Here are answers to some common questions.

Getting Started

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Just click “Get Started” and fill out a short form so I can learn a bit about your player.

From there, we’ll schedule your free intro session and take it step by step.

What is the intro session?

The intro session is a free, small group session where your player can experience how the program works, meet the coach, and get a feel for the structure.

It also helps make sure the program is the right fit. If it is, your player will be placed into a group and can get started right away.

The Program

What does a typical week look like?

Each week includes both in-person training and a structured at-home plan.

Players attend their group session and follow a weekly program with 4 training days. Each day includes 4–5 simple drills that take about 30–45 minutes, along with video demonstrations.

This keeps players getting consistent reps throughout the week—not just during one session.

How much time does this require each week?

Most players spend about 2–3 hours per week on the program.

Each at-home session takes around 30–45 minutes, with about 4 training days per week. In-person sessions are held every other week and are built into the overall structure.

The goal is to keep it consistent and manageable, while still giving players enough reps to actually improve.

What’s included in the program?

The program is $240 per month and includes everything your player needs to improve consistently.

This includes structured weekly at-home training plans, in-person group sessions, video demonstrations for each drill, and monthly progress tracking.

Players also receive the equipment needed for their at-home training, so there’s nothing extra you need to figure out or purchase.

How is this different from regular lessons?

Most lessons focus on one session at a time, with little structure outside of it.

This program is built around a complete development system. Players aren’t just training during sessions—they’re following a clear weekly plan, getting consistent reps, and being guided throughout the week.

Instead of just showing up and working on drills, players have structure, accountability, and a clear path to improvement.

Training & Support

What are in person session like

In-person sessions are small group trainings focused on building fundamentals, improving mechanics, and reinforcing what players are working on during the week.

It’s also an opportunity for players to be coached and corrected on what they’ve been working on at home, so they’re not just practicing—they’re improving the right way.

Sessions are structured, efficient, and designed to give players quality reps while keeping things competitive and engaging.

Do parents need to be involved?

Yes—but in a simple and guided way.

Most of the program is designed for players to complete on their own with clear instructions and video demonstrations. Parents can help with things like tossing balls or rolling ground balls, which can make a big difference.

I also show parents what to look for so they can support their player without it feeling complicated or time-consuming.

How are players held accountable?

Players are held accountable through structure, consistency, and regular check-ins.

Each player follows a clear weekly plan, and progress is tracked over time. Parents can also send short videos during the week for feedback, and I check in to make sure players are staying on track.

If a player falls behind, adjustments are made so they can get back on track and continue improving with confidence.

Details

Where are in-person sessions held?

In-person sessions are held at local baseball fields.

Locations may vary slightly, but I aim to keep them as consistent as possible. All session details and locations are shared in advance so you always know where to go.

What equipment is needed?

All of the essential equipment needed for the program is provided.

Each player receives what they need to complete their at-home training, so there’s nothing extra you need to go out and buy.

All drills are designed to be simple and easy to set up, making it realistic for players to train consistently at home.

What age group is this for?

This program is designed for youth players ages 12 and under.

Players are grouped based on age and experience to make sure everyone is in the right environment to learn and improve.

Whether your player is just getting started or already has experience, the program is built to meet them where they’re at and help them continue to develop.

Policies

What is the commitment?

The program is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

You can continue, pause, or stop based on what works best for your schedule. The goal is to keep things flexible while still helping players stay consistent and improve over time.

What if we miss a session or there’s a weather cancellation?

Because sessions are run in small groups with limited spots, individual make-ups aren’t always possible. However, I offer a designated make-up day at the end of each month so players can make up a missed session.

If a session is canceled due to weather, you’ll be notified as early as possible, and a make-up session will be provided.

Can players join mid-month?

Yes, players can join mid-month if there is availability.

Depending on timing, the first month may be adjusted so your player can get started smoothly and stay aligned with the program.
